<p>I went to Fnb to make a new card which the fist service consultant helped me with within minutes, and asked me if the was anything I want to be helped with, I then had a chance to ask about my bankings experiences and problems, the first question I asked the lady that what could have made my banking bank chargers so high between 01 Jan and 28feb ,Ok she didn't have idea, then I told her the reason I ask is because I got an SMS from Fnb updating me about those charges, (she argued that Fnb doesn't send people bank charges reminder perhaps it was from Capitec) I tried to argue that I received the s from Fnb but I lost argument, I then asked the second question that how can I increase the monthly limit for buying airtime via *130*321# as it always disappointing me during the month that I have reached the limit, the lady then said let me and ask if that's possible, then there came a black who doesn't know Tswana , in English she started replying to me before she could give me chance to explain exactly what was my challenge. And I tried to stop and asked to listen and understand my question ,she insisted that I must dial *130*321# and try to buy airtime she want to see that error, I tried to explain that the error is only after reaching the limit that it won't show today since I haven't yet bought much air for this month, she insisted that I don't what I am talking about and that the s</p> <p>Cellphone banking service does not have limit when u buy airtime. She was very rude,then I asked her why cant u maybe find out because you are not aware about this limit ,she then said am I saying she doesn't know her job ,then she walked away on me and left me with the service consultant who was helping, I was now alone because now the consultant was already busy with her paper work, well I had to leave. ****ed by fnb it was my second time visiting Fnb branch since i moved my salary to them</p> <p>.</p>
