My ex-FNB account number is ***, I am very disappointed in the so called senior manager in FNB complaints department who dealt with my complaint in February, he failed to see through the closure of this account as requested, FNB is a financial institution but the going against the FSCA regulations, a parted way with FNB in February but this account keeps getting unnecessary fees on it. When I took this account it was telephonically and the closure will be telephonically and they shouldn't have clause that will make it difficult for the customer to close the account this is in the regulation. Kindly ensure that this account is closed and fees reversed to FNB because when I gave this instructions my account was on Zero rand's.
