*********** and disgusting service

My phone and purse was ******, upon lodging this with FNB I requested a change to the my OTP number. An agent Lesego changed the details confirmed, and only upon me trying to change my logins, the number changed on the system was incorrect. Its been a hassle in 48 hrs with no feedback and the service is disgusting to be honest,I am a private wealth client and to pay such a huge amount in service fees to get service is pathetic. FNB I am changing banks and pray someone else doesnt go through this when things are already so stressful.
