I have logged a COVID ***** **** in June 2020, requested status updates numerous times via email to the investigating consultant assigned. To date I have NEVER received any progress report after provided with a detailed Affidavit with Bank Account numbers, etc. The same syndicate is still operating under the same contact number, WHY????

I requested to speak to a specific person identified by name and surname with reference to the above complaint. I spoke to 4 different people and every time I was informed that they were transferring my call to the requested person - which never happened. And every time you have to repeat the same identification info and case number. I never got into contact with the person required
