incompetency , they don't treat client fairly , they promise to call you no one calls back

I am so Distraught with the service i am getting from FNB, i have been banking with FNB for the past 20 years, the way they are treating their customers its disturbing , i have been calling them everyday regarding my home loan , and when i provide them with a ref number they don't know anything about it , i called them and the last person i spoke to was VUYOKAZI , who just transfer me to a different dept , till to date no has resolve my issue .i have been told my home loans its in arrears , how come because no debit orders that has bouncing on my account and I MUST MOVE MY SERVICES ELSEWHERE , WHERE THEY WILL VALUE ME AS A CUSTUMER.
