Incompetency of fnb Insure
FNB insure what is wrong with you people I have explained myself over and over again to your consultants I even mentioned that I have sent documents to Tracy but u made me resend document now you sending me emails for the same documents which you claim you did not receive and just last week I spoke to a consultant who said she sent it to the assessor and marked it urgent is there no communication I'm already stressed out my husband is currently on life support then I have to deal with *********** people please get your house in order.

24 Dec 2024, 13:57I have had enough of wasting my airtime on fnb insure the consultants are Pathetic spoke to Lebo gang Mpoza got no joy ask to speak to her manager he was busy on a call 30min ago Rama Maqongane he was suppose to call back asked to speak to and assessor Rifilwe ask for surname was told she could not give her surname as she is the manager of the assessment department what how does the communication work at FNB INSURE I sent in hospital claim on the 10/12/2024 already and all the different consultants cannot find forms although I gave reference numbers FNB INSURE AS I SAID BEFORE GET YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER, what happened to Tracy and Sibosiso who I spoke to the 1st time I sent in a complaint No wonder FNB is going down
