Incompetency, no communication, bad attitude

October 2014, I received an email from a risk specialist, to submit my documents for FICA purposes and I did. First went to FNB west end, they scanned documents and I was told everything is fine. November I received a call from the FNB attorneys and they asked me to do same thing, I then went to FNB Centurion, they scanned documents and all was fine. Since January, the account has been on hold requiring the same thing, I went to Forest Hill, they scanned, was told it's fine. For some reason this issue has been dragging and what upsets me is, no one is contacting me to tell me anything until I try to make a transaction, it's when I will notice that nothing has been done. Been to Centurion Branch three times, Forest hill branch 5 times trying to resolve this issue, I've spent more than 1000.00 of airtime coz I constantly make a follow up and everytime I call I hold for long. I was informed by Centurion branch that documents were saved under my personal profile and that's why business helpdesk was unable to view them, then they moved them to business, but i'm still struggling to get this sorted. everyday I get assurity that it will be sorted but it's not. I'm really frustrated
