Incompetency FNB

I have just spend 35 minutes explaining one thing and being transferred to all departments. On the 27th I called FNB. A debit check went through my account. This debit check is not authorized. I wanted to find out how does a company debit using a debit check from your account. No one is able to assist or reverse.
