Incompetency at its best

Good day

It is very disconcerting to find while in the process of shopping that my bank cards were declined due to FICA issues as per the sms received.. I have been banking with FNB for over ten years now and I receive sms's about everything so I cannot understand why I was not informed that there was a FICA issue. It is very embarrassing especially when going shopping with my family to see my cards being declined and even more embarrassing to have to leave all my purchases behind. FNB is taking customers for a ride with the unprofessional treatment.
