Incompetency at its best!

On Friday I changed my login details online. Once I saved I was instructed to go an veryfy detail at an ATM prior to having my app and internet banking activated. I went and started punching following the prompts and walla most of the tabs they asked me to tab didn't exist. I called the bank and was asked to take pictures and send, all this at my cost on money and time. This morning I called asking for a code that I need to punch to reverse an ewallet. I was given a code that had nothing to do with ewallet by a Lerato Junkie. I didn't want to call again because I didn't have another 20minutes to sit and wait for them to. Pick up, nor did I have that much airtime so I used the chat service on the banking app. The incompetence I witnessed was at another level. Eventually I was given another incorrect code. FNB, I want you to be honest with yourselves and tell me if you are not capable of providing a service. You are charging me for reversing the ewallet but I must sweat and use up all my airtime while you sit and provide nonsense information. I don't work at a call Centre, therefore I refuse to be made to sit on the phone for you trying to resolve a small issue. Send me the correct code, will you?
