Incompetency

My conveyancer attorneys have since requested for clearance figures since the 14 of February 2026 till to date nothing, I have tried to follow up and explain to FNB that the first figures That were obtained by a different attorney the deal fell flat and we got a new offer with different attorneys and the new attorneys have sent a request, FNB is refusing to send new figures each time I follow up on my sides with homeloans department I'm given excuses and eventually FNB said the new attorneys must contact the previous attorneys for the figures, FNB my purchaser is starting to loose interest in buying the property and they getting worried because their bond is approved by FNB, they fear they will struggle like we are currently.
