Incompetency

Maybe i must come and teach you your job this is unacceptable it means you are failing to rectify the mistake you also promised to refund me within 3days its been a week no refund again as i predicted this month instead of debit order its a manual transfer on the wrong pay date again and im being charged for manual transfer which i didnt ask for was told it was a branch mistake am i going to suffer for the rest of my banking life just because you are failing to do your job can i please get my refund and fix this manual transfer it should be a debit order please people im tired of this dont you get tired of my complaints get someone knowledgeable to fix this mess and give me my refund asap i need it from May
