incompetence/unhelpful

what a shame and frustrating to deal with FNB. one thing I notice is all FNB department are incompetence and useless. I have been sending my will for more than 8 times and every time I get told is signed incorrectly, I need to fix what, fix whatever they told me to fix it then comes something else again, I am so sick n tired with this bank can't wait to move my account don't have energy and time to waste dealing with them for something which doesn't get sorted. They are so unhelpful and don't know what they are doing.
