Incompetencent

I have been struggle getting ahold of the person who assisted me to open an account with FNB - he advised that it will be a new account and not old account to my surprise it's the same old account I had in 2020.please cancel this new account I opened as the service received was ***********. Been requesting call backs on the internet but with no assistance!!
