Incompetence received from Fnb Lifestyle

I app**** for a loan telephonically with Fnb Lifestyle on the 13th October 2017. I was assisted by a lady named Gugu Ndlovu who turned out to have no customer service at all. I was sent documents to sign and return on the 16th October 2017 which I sent to Gugu Ndlovu the same day from my nearest Fnb branch. She did confirm recieving the documents and told the money would be disbursed within 24 to 48 hours. I waited the whole week for a response and kept calling daily to get feedback on the outcome of my application. I was sent from pillar to post , all my calls were always transfered to a different department. I eventually got hold of Gugu on the 23rd October 2017, where she told me that my application was cancelled due to me sending my documents late, and that she had not been at work so she couldnt attend to my application. She told me to call another department to cancel the application officially so that I can reapply after 24 hours. I did just that and today on the 24th I called again and told that my application is still pending and not cancelled and that I should wait another 24hrs before I can reapply again. Gugu Ndlovu wad very unhelpful and sounded uninterested in what I had to say. I'm so dissapointed in the service and attitude I received. I'm actually livid and didn't expect this from Fnb at all. It's truly disgusting.
