INCOMPETENCE & POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I went out under debt review in 2014 - in 2021 FNB still have not updated my credit status by them - after many up's and downs and sending endless correspondence of paid up accounts as well as the debt councilors withdrawal letter and NCR reports that I have been removed - I finally get an email stating that I have been removed from debt review on their systems just to find out 2 months down the line that I was never removed, but put on a maybe status - and then they tell me that it's not that I was removed from debt review, it it how I was removed, because I never submitted any documents stating that I was no longer under debt review - I have had it with this bank - I have never in my whole existence experience such incompetency!!!!! And to add to my frustration the person (which I will not name) tells me that he can only escalate my query to the team leader and he cannot copy me into the query nor can he tell me how long it will take for the query to be resolved - WTH FNB!!!!!!!
