Incompetence personified

I have not been contacted by my so called private banker that I've been paying for in YEARS.

The banking suite juggle from agent to agent never achieving anything more than frustrating you to the point of hanging up the phone. I don't need someone to show me how to use the app, I need someone to do my banking. Like the title suggests. BANKER.

A recent home loan incident resulted in a so called private banker having to write a formal apology letter to my bond originator, apologising for being rude, unprofessional and ***********, resulting in the deal going miserably sour.

Still waiting for a call.
