Incompetence on steroids at FNB HOME LOANS
They deserve no star at all. Delia Majola should be put to handle back office stuff not clients, PERIOD! Initial email request sent on the 11 of April, she rep**** on the 22nd with something that didn't make sense. When I enquired to get clarity, I suddenly started getting calls from another department.
My ask is simple - I'm applying for special arrangements with my home loan accounts which are only one month in arrears. It has taken this so called innovative bank over a month to make a simple decision. It is THE VERY FIRST TIME, SINCE 2008 and 2012 that I am in arrears on both my home loan. The struggle though, suggests that I'm a regular. They ask for the same documents you have submitted, you tell their 1000 consultants the same story and always have to explain because nobody seems to update comments on their system. The distress and inconvenience is on another level, thanks to FNB HOME LOANS SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS DIVISION. Let's see if this gets their attention. FNB, PLEASE don't ask me to send anything through anymore, ask your Delia and check your special arrangements email box. I've sent emails on the 11th of April, the 22nd of April, the 2nd of May and the 14th of May 2024.
how do you give someone that wants to pay you a runaround like this? Maybe if i ask for assistance on this platform i will get assisted. since the 31st of May, i have been asking for an account number to use to pay the arrears and things went something like this on their useless secured chat:
Mimi from FNB Home Loans Servicing asked which bank was I paying from and then gave me an invalid account number (my bond account without two zeros), followed up on the 5th of June, Zanamuhla just wanted to transfer me to Collections.
Nosipho from Collections asked to be given a moment to read comments on my query, then came back to ask how she can help - i wanted to scream.
wrote what the query was, then she told me to send an email to ***, later gave me what is owing without specifying account numbers. When I asked for account numbers, she told me she needs to transfer me for that - i was so confused.
Nocwaka from FNB home loans servicing took the call only to then responded that it was out of their expertise and transferred me back to collections. i then figured i was in a circus. Mhlupheki took the call and instead of giving me the details i asked for, he was interested to know what happened to the debit order - i was defeated.
I subsequently sent the email to ***, attached the screenshot of my conversation on their secured chat - Nombulelo Sikhakhane responded, forwarding my email to ***.
My account is accumulating interest unnecessarily because no one knows the account number i need to pay for my bonds to be brought up to date. i keep getting calls from their *** number where they then just drop after i answer.
i hope i will get their attention once again - this time, with the account to use to pay for my bond as i cannot have a debit order in place. I AM CURRENTLY UNEMPLOYED AND SO IS THE OTHER PARTY, WHO HAS NEVER BEEN CONTACTED BY FNB.
