Incompetence leads to my account being blocked
on the 28th April 2015 FNB sent out a mail stating our account would be blocked should we not update our Fica details.<br> On the 28th April 2015, we sent through the documents and received a \read receipt".<br> Again we were warned to submit the required documents on Wednesday 10th June"
