Incompetence hard hold.

on friday 24/11/2023 fnb blocked my Easy Zero account without notifying me and someone decided to thumb suck that the funds coming into that account was from sars, I phoned sars they dont know nothing about payments due to me and attempted paying into my account. I have a sars statement now no one is able to assist me remove the hold it seems like nobody knows how. this is so frustrating now iv called just about every call center the last one said a supervisor is working from home and he'll call me when he has time.

This is so frustrating and is such an inconvenience. the fact that no one is able to assist is just the worst service Ive ever experience in my entire existence.
