Incompetence from the legal department

The incompetence that we received from fnb after 3 full years of numerous complaints both here and social channels we still receive service that’s is sub-par.

3 lawyers and R120k paid later we are still to even be honoured to receive a mare reply from our assigned lawyer that was changed with us not even been told. We have to beg to even get an update as to what they do. It’s a good thing that I have managed to get the rest of her friends to cancel their legal covers with this bank as their kids will still have to struggle with getting things finalised like us. Am even starting to think it’s because we black and don’t have that much influence that’s why we are treated like this by the bank. We have put all the pressure on them but still nothing. The only thing they know is to ask for the details and go mute after they provided. 3 full years nothing but is having to be in the dark as to what’s happening with the estate.

It’s really sad because when they sell these products to our parents they make themselves the saving grace only to stall and not even have the decency to inform the grieving family as to what’s happening. At this point I will be taking matters to tv stations they need to be exposed for all they have put us through
