Incompetence for the simplest of task!

I'm just trying to close the accounts! It's become a long tedious process. Staff originally failed to inform that colour copies were needed. Then yes, balances keep moving from zero.

I'm convinced they are just trying to s**** money from those canceling because other than staff incompetence, I'm unsure what else it can be. I refuse to pay any monthly charges etc for your delays so make a note of that!

Just close me accounts or let people do it themselves online!
