Incompetence FNB Life

Incompetence from FNB Life. I have been paying for this life policy for 4 years. In December I changed my bank details and I sent to you guys several times. After sitting 30 mins on the phone with a consultant worth my new bank details you *********** people still debit three old account several times leaving it on a negative balance! I am so ****ed off with you people. You have 1 of 2 options. You pay me out for the years that I've been paying you or reinstate the damn policy as this is YOUR ERROR NOT MINE!!!! YOU HAVE BY CLOSE OF DAY TODAY TO SORT YOUR **** OUT. ask me for the emails 1 more time and I will take you to task!
