Incompetence FNB Car Insurance

I joined FNB insurance 2016 March. They increased my premiums without a warning, I kept quite. In April 2017 they debited my account twice, When I call the call centre and spoke to Zanele she said something about the cut off date, when I ask her what does she mean by that, she didnt want to explain fiurther, I then sent them an email cancelling my insurance with them, which again in May they double charge me, when I call them again they telling me different stories, I asked Zanele to please tell her manager to give me a call as she lack customer service.

If I look at my statemet, on the 27th they credited my account, 28th they double charge me, when I ask they say the amount was credited back to my ***.74 on the 27th, 29ths they deducted a payment of 2179.42. If you take 1037.74X2=2075.48. If you take that R2179.42/2=1089.71. From May we are now in June and am still waiting for the manager to reply on my email.
