Incompetence

An FNB ATM just switched off whilst I had just deposited money on the 10th of Jan…I went to the KWT branch on the 13th and I was told I will receive feedback after 5 days.. I went again yesterday only to be told that there is no feedback yet they will call by the end of the end.. it’s been 24 house since I’ve went back again and still I have not received feedback for my registration.. the experience has been very stressful since the money is for registration and I’m at risk of not registering due to course being full…I can’t even go to the branch because I live 40km away from town.. I tried calling the main branch and the rudeness i received??
