Incompetence

Iv called for over a week now. Was in store trying to get in touch with fica department where it seems the issue is, can't say for certain as you get bounced from one department to the next with no luck. Then the call "drops". If the people working at the Fnb branch can't get threw to their own departments how do they expect a customer to.
