Incompetence

Another bad review due to incompetence.

I gave FNB all the details for the refunds that they are supposed to do but no they just do what they want and completely ignore the details I gave them.

And the debit orders still haven't stopped but we got charged for a stop order.

This shows incompetence from whoever needs to do the job
