Incompetence

I have arrears on my loan accounts due to unemployment. I phoned the bank to make arrangements. On Friday I received a text to say that there has been a letter of demand issued and that FNB wants to blacklist me. How, when I've made an arrangement? FNB departments need to communicate with each other before taking such drastic steps. I will take this up with the ombudsman if it not dealt with efficiently.
