Incompetence

I received a call from a consultant at with regards a query I had on Saturday 09/01/2021 at 8:30am I was unable to take the call and requested that he call me in an hour.Still waiting. Call came from +***6. Once again again FNB has proven That they can’t help me. What is going to take for you guys to stop this unprofessional behavior. My funds are still not reflecting.
