incompetence by FNB telephonic bankers

I have spent 1/2 of my day explaining to FNB telephone bankers and unfortunately no one has been able to help or understand how eWallet Pro actually works.

So far I have spoken to 5 consultants and the *********** shown is shocking. Most of the time they just cut my calls. And now my account has been blocked without any assistance. I have spent more than R150.00 on airtime without getting any assistance.
