Incompetence by FNB at its best

I have been to the Randfontein Branch 6 times already, to get the banking app sorted. Tell me to call business banking, business banking says the branch must assist! Now I logged into my personal account and I can't withdraw my forex!!

Such incompetence I have NEVER experienced!
