Incompetence

I have been trying to get an overdraft reflecting on all the credit bureaus cleared for 2 years now. I have tried all avenues trying to get the bank to send the instruction. Sat on a phone in the branch for 4 hours, spoke to multiple departments and all of them have no clue what I'm talking about. All I want is a paid up letter, but they cannot supply it. Frustrating is an understatement.
