Incompetence at it's best! FNB Business Banking

I am extremely disappointed with FNB Business Banking. I needed to re-activate one of my business accounts because it had been dormant. I paid the outstanding amount on the account to SDK Attorneys to have it re-activated. on the 31st of Jan i forwarded the proof of payment to FNB's ***. No feedback was received. I called FNB every other day to follow up and get a status but each time I was put from pillar to post. Finally, on the 10th Feb I received an email from Lebohang - *** (no surname or email signature included) asking which mandates I wanted on the account. To my surprise, the account number on the email was incorrect and did not belong to our business. I responded to the email and advised of the mandates we wanted and that the account number was incorrect and I provided the correct account number.. Even the NPO number on the subject line was incorrect and did not belong to us. I kept on calling to check if anything had beed done and if our account has been re-activate. To date, nothing has been done and my emails are not being responded to. Our account is still not reflecting on our profile meaning it has still not being re-activated, even after we paid. I just want FNB to re-activate our account.
