incompetence at its best
<p>I cannot get a statement of my cash passport account,</p> <p>I have chatted to online poepl and taken my details. I am sitting in the u and i must struggle to get a statement after i have registrered on line? The account is also not linked to my profile online with fnb whcih is absolutley pathetic.</p> <p>Meliisa cannot seem to get around her head i am sitting i the uk and cannot see how much monies i have to spend or what the hell is going on. she keeps asking me the things that is in he orginal email.........</p> <p>I am so tired of dealing with such incompetanct and uselessness!!!!!!</p> <p>I dont have access to the phone to jsut pik up the phone nd cal and i dont see why i should, This should have been sorted and done when i took possition of m card in September already! a week later and still waiting for melissa to get her **** in order to help me!</p>

Its now another week on and i am still waiting for the incompetant people at fnb in south africa premier department to asssit with my issues. still the same emails and the same questions over and over its getting boring now.... you people have shown how useless you are there is not need to take it to the next step. i have put you on facebook and i have sent about 50 emails already. i think i earn the right to be assisted now after you have ****ed me off and i have complained on social media about you.... you have been heard.
Please can you be so kind and now to get out the spot light and get my issues sorted out.
