Incompetence at FNB makes it impossible to close bank account

After customer servicing failures over a period of time I chose to close my FNB accounts.

The process of actually closing the accounts was totally dysfunctional... Never the less, I left some cash in the account for FNB to take the bank fees that had accrued and then transfer the remainder to my new bank account.

FNB proceeded to transfer the full amount to my new bank account and then asked from which FNB account can they debit the accrued bank fees. After a too and fro I am now over dealing with FNB and their lack of applying logic.

I was apparently a 'private' client - but I have no idea what that actually means besides charging inflated bank fees.
