Incompetence at branch level

One of the worst employment experiences of my life. I've worked for the bank for over four years and thrived and then i decided to make a switch an External banking (Staffing solutions/OBR) position they had advertised. One of the biggest mistakes anyone can make in their careers. At branch level, it is authoritarian rule led by *********** management who only got their positions by virtue of the color of their skin. During the hiring process, you're sold an idea that you will be given an opportunity to contribute to the success of the team through your knowledge and experience. You're told there's an opportunity to grow and that they'll fill your calendar daily to meet prospect clients and increase your earnings. I've worked there long enough to know that this career path is experimental and management have no idea what they're doing. Accepting this position would be bad for your career
