Incompetence appalling services

I am very disappointed in the service that I am receiving from the ***** department. Every time I try to check on the status of my account with regards to an "alleged" ***** then I get transferred to an investigator that's number has been decommissioned. The investigator still hasn't got back to me and many agents has sent an email with regards to my case. It has been two weeks since I haven't been able to use my account and nothing seems to be happening to get this fixed
