Incompetence and not taking your customers seriously

How long does it take to load a Debicheck debit order mandate?I rejected a home loan Debicheck debit order mandate on Tuesday as it did not incorporate the latest rate the bank just offered me, and after that I called the bank to load a new debi mandate with the new rate to this day am still waiting, no update nothing. Really FNB??? You can do better than this
