Incompetence and lack of response

Dear FNB Today you decided to suspend my credit card because apparently I do not have “a copy of your additional cardholder/s’ identification document.” Here’s the thing FNB, if you had some common sense, you would have noticed that this credit card actually has MY name on it and hence it should not require a copy of my ID because this should already be on your system. You have not requested this for my current cheque card with the SAME name on it! In actual fact, this new credit card was a replacement because my previous card was faulty. I informed you about this almost one month ago, on the 19th of April (Ref: CAS- ********** -K0M6N7 and ********** 0) where Zinhle Pitsane responded with little help on this matter. I sent her another message on the same day as well on the 1st of May and then again on the 12th of May and I STILL have not received a response. In addition, I sent the email correspondence to Premier banking on the 12th of May and they too have not responded. I sent another email today and I’m STILL waiting! Please could a competent person sort this matter out because this is beyond ridiculous. What do I pay a monthly Premier banking fee for!?

Hi Naomi, FNB has reactivated my credit card but they have yet to respond to my initial questions about how this happened in the first place. In addition, all I got was a generic response from them and it was only related to the reactivation. Why do people not read emails and messages and respond properly, addressing all questions and concerns of a client? I want to know why this happened! Can someone competent please address these issues? Also, Premier banking have yet to respond to my initial queries about this so what is the point of having this service? Also, what has/will happen to Zinhle Pitsane since she has been very ineffective and it's been now 1 month without a reply from her!? I think as a customer I deserve some legitimate answers. Kind regards Dyllon

Hi Naomi Why does FNB now think I want a new replacement card? See this message I received from FNB Credit Card, "Would you kindly advise on why should the above credit card be replaced. Our system reflects that card is active and is being utilised." I'm actually beyond shocked and I'm at a complete loss of words! Regards Dyllon
