Incompetence

First they put a block on my account and no one can tell me why. This prevents me from accessing my money from the account. Up until this moment, they are still trying to figure out how to remove this block. As soon as this block is removed and I have my money, I am closing this account and running from FNB, as fast and as far as I can!
