Incompetence

Diepkloof FNB branch has *********** workers.l went there to update my fica.was told to go get the expired documents. I requested a ride to go fetch what was required. Went back and l was assisted .a month later my FNB profile is blocked and l am unable to get a new password because they incorrectly updated my details. Now l can't access my funds due to *********** staff.l am soo disappointed
