Incompetence

On the 4th of this month I lodged a complaint regarding an ewallet query I sent to a person who's struggling to get the Cash Sms has been received however when she tries to withdraw she gets an error message that she has used the wrong number or pin till date no one has bothered giving me a call back or resolving the query and iam getting edgitated now
