Incompetence

Extremely disappointed and annoyed with fnb. End of July 2026 i paid off my personal loan and thought my account would be closed automatically, only to be told that owed R0.41 a week later ,I paid the cents and was told that it would be closed within 7 days . 7 days later nothing happend. I used your chat facilities on the 14 of August and was told that im owed a refund of 11 cents and after that my account would be closed in 7 days ,Today it's the 26th of August and I was charged 41 cents interest for no reason as I owed 0 and requested multiple times for the loan to be closed and a paid up letter to be emailed to me . Stop missing me off. Close the account . NTHABISENG
