Incompetence

I just don't understand the incompetence in the whole of such a big company this is very disappointing anyway iam not even surprised you're used to not delivering exceptional service and first call resolution I can't be begging y'all to close my temp loan account since I have paid it fully and now it's affecting my credit score it shows I owe you guys 4000 how when that amount was fully paid you guys are starting to **** me off really my next option is the bank ombudsman
