Incompetence

I am so disappointed with fnb service, they have send money to Zimbabwe option on online and cell phone banking. I tried to use that on both options but it did not work, I spent over 30 minutes on the phone and was cutoff eeventually. My data and airtime were finished, I was not even assisted. I called again spoke to Mokgomotsi he said I must go the branch, they did online and we used the atm it was not done. Wss then referred to the tellers, spent over an hour at the branch, money sent and I specified that it will be collected at Vic falls ok now that person is told to go to Bulawayo. This is not on period, time and money wasting
