INCOMPETENCE

FNB is really useless, if you are doing any business with them run away while you still can. I called their contact center requesting for a refund/surplus amount debited off of my account. I have completed numerous applications forms, I keep getting transferred from one department to another when I try to follow up and I am told to complete an additional form.their call center agents don't listen, they will put you on hold for 5min only to return and transfer you to another department. Service has been pathetic. I am awaiting for a call from a supervisor Preshalin Murugan hopefully I can get assistance, I guess I justt have to pray for resolution on my query!!
