Incompetence

I would like to thank FNB for delivering my Credit card at the correct branch after 28 days, numerous phone calls and not to mention all the visits to the branch itself. However your staff had to make numerous promises that they could not keep. Your card will delivered at your house , don't worry sir your card will be delivered on Friday and my favourite one we are going to use a different courier provider since we had issues with MR D Courier we will use express and deliver it at your house. Did I mention that on Thursday the 5th of October Mr D Courier could not locate my card.

Regarding Mr D Courier they are unable to answer their phones even after 30 minutes and they are unable to call the client however they are able to send an sms to inform the client that I did not answer my phone.

Dear FNB why should I pay R250 for collecting the card at the branch, did we not arrange for delivery at my house. Yes there is recordings of the conversations. In the past I received excellent service from FNB however after the past 28 days it might be necessary for me to retrench FNB and hire Capitec. I heard that Capitec are able to keep their promises and they can deliver on time.
