So, they blocked me out of my FNB app and my online banking and I can't contact anyone for help do think of joining FNB they are useless I log a complaint, and no one is responding. The ***** department told me they can't help me so let's say someone is dying and i need to make a payment at the hospital but hey FNB has no emergency contact the patient will be dead the time they get back to me.

But seriously I needed to excess funds from my savings account urgently and I'm unable to excess my account because they blocked me.

My savings not their cash Mine and I have no excess to them.
