Incompetant fnb staff

I have spent almost 2 months trying to get a cancelled debit order lifted i wrnt into fnb branch and have made multiple calls to call centre on saturday alone i was on the phone almost 2 hrs kept being plaved from department to department no success everyone passed buck to next department R150 airtime waisted today I call again and my call get dropped.
