Incompetant FNB caller agents

FNB has the most incompetant caller agents I have been transferred multiple times to the exact same department to settle and close and account after the 6th time I have been transferred they told me I have a too new of an account and can only close it at an FNB branch,I will be for sure looking for another bank and take out all my money and investments
